Cherche le bonheur dans le présent.

Le bonheur, ce n'est pas un objet
que tu peux trouver quelque part hors de toi.
Le bonheur, ce n'est qu'un projet
qui part de toi et se réalise en toi.

Il n'existe pas de marchands de bonheur.
Il n'existe pas de machines à bonheur.
Il existe des gens qui croient au bonheur.
Ce sont ces gens qui font eux-mêmes leur bonheur.

Si, dans ton miroir, ta figure te déplaît,
à quoi te sert de briser ton reflet ?
Ce n'est pas ton miroir qu'il faut casser.
C'est toi qu'il faut changer !
